📬 Got a payout guide email? Please reply with your bank details.

On the day following a guest's use of your space, we will send you an email requesting your bank account details for payout. For your first payout, ensure you submit your account information as outlined.

• Account Holder’s Name

• Bank Name

• Sort Code

• Account Number

• Address

• VAT number (Enter only if VAT-registered.)

If you've already given us your payout account information, just reply to the email saying "Use the same account information".

Please only enter new account details if you wish to change them.

🔐 The bank details you provide will only be viewed by the SpaceCloud team and will never be shared with anyone else!

📅 When is the payout processed? Here's a quick breakdown!

Payouts are processed once the guest's use is confirmed.

The SpaceCloud team will confirm the guest’s use of the space within 7 days of the event. Once confirmed, your payout will be sent to your provided bank account—usually within 14 days.

• Stripe processing, bank holidays, or weekends may delay payouts.

To view all payout details, please click the [Host Dashboard] link provided in your Space Review Approval email.

💸 How partial refunds are processed!

If a guest cancels and receives a partial refund, the host's payout will be the remaining amount after the refund.

For example, if a guest paid £200 and received an £80 refund, the host payout will be £120.

• SpaceCloud does not charge a host service fee for partial refunds.

🧾 We issue invoices for revenue verification!

We provide an invoice for the service fee.

When your payout is processed, SpaceCloud will issue an invoice detailing the service fee. This record can be used for verifying your revenue.

Guests may ask you directly for an invoice!

If a guest requires an invoice for the full transaction, the host is responsible for issuing it directly. As SpaceCloud is an intermediary platform, we only issue invoices for host service fees.
