๐Ÿ“ Seamless Booking Management! Before, During & After Checklist

โ˜‘ Before Use

  • Give the space a good clean and tidy-up.
  • Send over the entry instructions (like the door code) and any house rules or handy tips in advance.
  • Make sure you've got an emergency contact number ready, just in case.

โ˜‘ On the Day

  • If your guest hasn't turned up by their event time, please let the SpaceCloud team know.
  • Even if your guest is a no-show, you'll still get payout according to the refund policy.
  • If a guest is unable to use the space due to an issue caused by the host, they will receive a full refund. This might affect your space's trust level.

โ˜‘ After Use

  • Please have a check of the space โ€“ to see if anything's damaged or missing, and how the cleaning's looking.
  • Tidying up for the next guest can really help you get those lovely reviews! ๐Ÿ˜Š

๐Ÿ  After the guest's use is confirmed, payout will be processed!

The SpaceCloud Team will confirm the guestโ€™s use of the space within 7 days of the event date. Once the use is confirmed, the payout will be processed.

The payout youโ€™ll receive is the total hire fee minus our service fee. Itโ€™ll be sent directly to the bank account youโ€™ve provided. Payouts may take up to 14 days depending on Stripeโ€™s processing schedule.
