Need to cancel or request a refund? No worries! ✨ We’re here to help — everything’s explained simply and clearly below!
💡 Please note! Once the payment is completed, the booking details cannot be changed. If any changes are required, you will need to cancel the existing booking and make a new one.
If you need to cancel a booking, here’s how: Scroll to the bottom of the space page and tap [Cancel Booking] to submit a cancellation request.
Please provide the information below so we can process your cancellation and refund promptly and accurately.
[Cancellation Request Form] • Who is cancelling? (Guest/Host) • Booking Reference • Guest Name • Event Date & Time • Reason for cancellation
Here’s a quick guide to how refunds work. We understand every situation is different, but don’t worry — we’ll guide you through clear explanations! 😊
Before Payment • You can cancel at any time before payment, with no need to worry about refunds. The booking will be automatically cancelled. • The host will receive an email notification when the booking is cancelled.
After Payment • Refunds will be issued according to the host’s refund policy. • The refund policy applies based on the cancellation request date. *You can check the host’s refund policy on the space page.
If a host cancels a booking • If a host is unable to provide the space for any reason, the full payment will be refunded to the guest.
Refund Process
• Refunds are processed through Stripe and will be returned to your original payment method within 14 business days.
