Welcome to our versatile 450 sq ft dance and aerial studio, located on the first floor of Dean Street in the heart of Soho, London. This bright, dynamic space is designed for maximum flexibility and creativity, making it ideal for dance, pole, aerial arts, fitness, content creation, and rehearsals. One wall is fully mirrored, enhancing both self-practice and professional filming. The studio is equipped with multiple poles and aerial hoops, all securely mounted. Poles can be easily stored away using the X-Pole Pole Away ceiling system, and aerial hoops can be fully removed—allowing the space to be quickly adapted for a range of uses. You’ll also find a private kitchen and changing area inside the studio, offering added comfort and convenience. A separate toilet is located just outside the studio entrance. Whether you’re training, teaching, or creating, our studio offers a functional, comfortable, and professional environment in one of London’s most iconic neighbourhoods. The maximum is 12 for pole, aerial, or yoga/pilates use, and 15 if the space is hired empty.

Space Rules

1. No outdoor shoes allowed inside the studio – please remove at the entrance. 2. No heels on aerial mats – protect equipment by keeping heels to hard flooring only. 3. No body oils or lotions before pole use – for safety and grip. 4. All equipment must be used responsibly – only trained users may use poles and hoops. 5. No smoking, vaping, or alcohol on the premises. 6. Do not move or adjust equipment mounts without prior permission. 7. Leave the studio clean and tidy – dispose of rubbish and return any moved items. 8. Respect noise levels – especially during early mornings or late evenings. 9. Maximum 15 people unless otherwise agreed. 10. Report any damage or issues immediately to avoid charges.

Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your booking time to receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will not be refunded. No-shows will be charged in full. Please respect this policy to ensure fair use of our studio space.
