Space Rules

In case of fire: evacuate all guests immediately, check all rooms, call 999 — “Fire at 4 Hoy Street.” Use extinguishers only if safe. Turn off all lights and electrics when leaving. No shoes in the main space. Leave shoes on the green mat. Do not move furniture, plants, or cover the fire alarm. No alcohol, drugs, or smoking indoors. Use the space only during your booking. Overtime will be charged and may affect future access. Return all props to shelves. If crockery is used, load and run the dishwasher. Candles/incense are allowed but must be extinguished and never left unattended. Treat the space with care. Damage or missing items will be invoiced. Use bins provided and leave the studio tidy. Keep doors locked during your event. We are not liable for lost items. Help us keep this space beautiful, respectful, and safe for all.

Refund Policy
