Located on the second floor and easily accessible from the New White Loft above, the Palm Room is a versatile space with calming colours and plenty of daylight, making it ideal for corporate events, creative workshops, food and drinks tasting, consumer research, interviews, team activities, VR experiences, film, TV and photo shoots, private dining, drinks and canapés receptions, hybrid events, live streaming, Hackathons, PR and product launches, cocktail classes, wine tastings, festivals and screenings, confidential discussions, networking, speed dating, wedding parties and pop-ups. The Palm Room on the second floor is abundant of natural light and calming colours, making it the ideal locations for art exhibitions, showrooms, pop-up galleries, live drawing classes, readings, intimate lectures, creative workshops, film screenings and festivals, film, TV and editorial photo shoots, interviews, recordings, hybrid events and live streamings, yoga and pilates sessions, press days, presentations, rehearsal space, Green Room, castings, dress rehearsals, changing rooms, artist openings, drinks and canapés receptions, networking, speed dating, working lunches and public talks.
Lumiere operates a flexible pricing policy, offering reduced prices on weekends.
Standard timings are 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. Early access, extra hours and weekend bookings possible on request.
On rare occasions, self-catering is allowed at our premises. The buyout fee is based on the nature of the catering and number of people attending and is available on request.
All alcoholic drinks and refreshments will need to be ordered through Lumiere.
A 10% catering service charge will be applied.
Unless previously agreed, the charges are for the dry hire of the venues and do not include catering, AV equipment or any other extras.
Unless previously agreed, the spaces must be returned to their original state at the end of the event.

We operate in a residential area with strict end times for events and noise restrictions, available on request.
