About this Space

The Large Meeting Room is our main hall, and has been continuously used for Quaker worship since 1785. Tall windows bring plenty of natural light and excellent acoustics in a quiet space. Furniture is available as required. L 7.5m, W 6.5m, H 3.0m. Includes common areas (kitchen, grounds, etc.)

Hours & Price

Bookings of 5 hours or longer receive a 10% discount.

Space Rules

External food is permitted. No alcohol on site, and no activities linked to gambling, as per Quaker faith. Smoking permitted in the grounds on paved areas only, and please use an ashtray or similar - no smoking, vaping, or e-bikes inside the building.

Cancellations above 24 hours in advance are fully refunded. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a 10% fee, the rest is refunded.
