About this Space

Flexible Studio is a comfy 216 sq ft studio with natural light, blackout options, a Hollywood mirror, clothing rail, steamer, & complimentary drinks. Great for shoots, meetings, and content creation, meetings, rehearsals, costume fittings and many more. The space is 5.5m x 3.7m, with 3.2m of height. It can also be hired alongside our other studios as an extra breakout space. If there is anything extra you require for your project we have a wide range of props and backdrops for hire as well as our own in-house camera and lighting equipment. Hours & Price

£30 +VAT hourly £275 +VAT for 11hr Day Our booking times are inclusive of setup and pack down time. Clients are given access into the studios at the exact time booked and no earlier, and are asked to be fully packed down at the end of their booking time and out of the building no later than 15 minutes after the booking time has finished. Overtime is charged once you’ve overstayed your slot by more than 15 minutes, after which you will begin to be charged at the published ‘unplanned overtime’ rate, which varies depending on the time of day. Overtime is always at the studio manager’s discretion and we cannot guarantee availability. Extra hours at the standard rate can only be booked at least 12hrs before the start time of your shoot -any extra hours requested after this time (including on the day itself) will count as unplanned overtime, and are subject to overtime fees, availability and the studio manager’s discretion. If you arrive late or finish earlier than expected on your day, unfortunately we cannot refund you for the hours not used.

Space Rules

Studio hire is dry hire only unless agreed otherwise. We can only dispose of up to 5 large black bins’ worth of rubbish per day. You only have access to the studio you have booked, and are not permitted to enter neighbouring studios, or to film / rehearse / congregate in communal areas unless written permission to do so has been given to you in advance. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the studio or throughout the building. You must comply with fire regulation requirements whilst in the building, so please ensure that access to fire exits is never obstructed and make sure signs for fire exits and fire equipment are always prominent and visible (you may not cover up signs or move fire equipment.) There are limitations on noise for Studio 1, 2 and 4 so as not to disrupt neighbouring productions - we cannot allow loud noise such as live instruments or construction in this studio unless you have been given written permission in advance by the Studio Manager.

Refund Policy

If you wish to postpone or cancel a confirmed booking this must be done at least 5 business days before the hire period starts in order to get a full refund or the following cancellation fees will apply: (i) 5-3 business days prior to the shoot – 50% cancellation fee. (ii) 2 or fewer business days before the shoot start time – 100% cancellation fee (no refund). Any equipment, staff or personnel hired-in on behalf of the client, may also be subject to cancellation charges.
