Space Rules

The hirer agrees to use the rooms solely for the purposes stated while booking the room, refraining from subletting or engaging in any unlawful activities. It is also imperative to avoid any actions that might jeopardise the reputation of Collaborative One, its insurances, or safety standards.

● Access to the premises shall be confined to the hired spaces and essential facilities, such as restrooms.

● All event publicity is the hirer's responsibility, with the stipulation that no notices or promotional materials be displayed within Collaborative One's premises without prior consent.

Refund Policy

Failure to provide timely notice will result in a charge equivalent to the full booking fee to be eligible for a credit to the Hirer's account.

To amend the date or time of your booking, please contact the management at least 48 hours prior to the current booking date, the amendment is subject to the manager's discretion and availability.

The cancellation policy:

● 2 weeks in advance – 75% refunded

● 1 week in advance – 50% refund

● 72 hours in advance – No refund
