Daily rental (8am-8pm) is £1500(+VAT) Weekly rentals are £8,000(+VAT).
A £100 + VAT check-out cleaning fee will be added to every booking. If this is not paid at the time of booking, the landlord has the right to deduct this fee from the tenant's refundable damage deposit.
The shutters must be closed every night.
For any installations on the walls, the tenant must use the gallery’s installation technician at a rate of £20p/hr. A professional production tea, can be used, but information of the team must be sent to the landlord prior to check-in.
No fixings to the ceiling or floor.
No sale of alcohol.
No adhesives to either the sign above the front window or the interior white walls.
Any queuing must not inhibit access for neighbours. If queues inhibit access for neighbours, the landlord has the right to make deductions from tenants' refundable damage deposit as reparations for loss of sale for neighbours.
