How to Take Part

• Fill in the application form via the event notice on SpaceCloud.
• Follow @spacecloud_UK on instagram at the same time.

• We’ll notify the selected groups individually and send you a £50 SpaceCloud coupon.

• Use your coupon to book a space for your dance session via SpaceCloud.

• Post your review on Instagram and tag @spacecloud_UK to receive an extra £50 coupon.
• Instagram Review Guide:
  • Video Review: Share a 30+ second video showing your dance moves or your team enjoying the session.
  • Photo Review: Upload 5 or more high-quality photos—team shots, practice moments, or how you used the space.

Important Notes

• Submitted photos and videos may be used for SpaceCloud marketing purposes.
• Coupons are Stripe-based and can only be used to book spaces on SpaceCloud. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Coupons are valid from 30th June to 20th August 2025 and cannot be used after this period.
• If you do not upload your review by the deadline, you will not receive the additional coupon.
• Content deemed inappropriate or in breach of copyright will not be accepted.
